RESERVATIONS RATES & POLICY
We offer a variety of special occasion packages for our guests, which include accommodations, champagne/wine in your room upon
arrival, admissions to some of Niagara's most exciting attractions, dinner for two at one of Niagara's newest, most elegant
Italian restaurant can be arranged. Please inquire about our Honeymoon, Anniversary or Birthday Packages. We are confident
we can arrange a package that is suitable for your memorable stay with us.
- All rates quoted are in Canadian funds.
- All prices are per room, per night, based on double occupancy.
- Rates are subject to all sales taxes (5% Provincial Sales Tax & 7% Goods & Service Tax.).
- GST is 100% refundable for visitors to Canada
- A credit card number with expiry date is required to hold the room.
- Cancellation Policy: From May 1 to October 1 less than 20 days notice and from October 1 to April 30 less than 14 days notice or failure to arrive, payment to credit card in full.
- No pets please
- Check in time: Weekdays 5pm Weekends 3pm - please confirm time of arrival with host 24 hours prior
- Check out: 11:00 am
- Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Interact accepted
- Only guests staying at Villa Gardenia are permitted in the house
