Villa Gardenia Bed & Breakfast prides itself as being a completely smoke-free home with central air and a private front door entrance for our guests as well as free parking on premises.

We offer four spacious, fully furnished, beautifully decorated guestrooms, each with their own private en-suite 3 piece bathroom, comfortable queen-size bed, fireplace, small sitting area, cable television, DVD player with movies and radio.

All guest rooms feature corkscrew, wine and cocktails glasses for your convenience. We also provide our guests with an assortment of required toiletry items at your disposal. To help make our guests feel right at home, we provide a refrigerator, which is situated on second floor. Upon request, we also provide ironing board, iron and hairdryers. Access to a telephone with free local calls are provided to guests, which is located in dining room.

We at Villa Gardenia do not accept children 14 years of age or under. We provide our guests with tourism information and maps of the entire Niagara Region as well as assistance in arranging tours and planning your itinerary while visiting the area. Both international bridges, bus and railway stations are conveniently located only minutes away and should you require transportation, please don't hesitate to ask.

We are just steps away from the picturesque Niagara River Parkway and minutes from the Falls, Casino Niagara and other exciting Niagara attractions.

Breakfast

As our guests, each morning, at your requested time from 7:30am to 9:30am, your day will begin with a hot, homemade, delicious, full breakfast of your choice, which is served in our private, well-appointed dining room, featuring individual tables of 2 for those couples wanting a private breakfast, and can also simply be combined if traveling with friends or family.

For those guests seeking a private, romantic breakfast, an in-room continental breakfast service can be arranged.
